 Architectural Engineering Technology College has a group of optimizing teaching staff with a solid theoretical foundation and abundant practical experience. At present, the college has 46 full-time teachers (including 9 professors, 17 associate professors and 20 lecturers), 7 full-time laboratory technicians. Some of teachers possess practicing certificates of registered architect, registered structural engineer, registered constructor and supervising engineer. More than half of the teachers have the qualities of ¡°the double-competency¡±. Putting emphasis on the international academic communication, the college has successively sent teachers to Germany, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Assumption University of Thailand to study the advanced ideas and teaching methods of the international vocational education.  Electromechanical Engineering Technology College has five majors of Construction Electrical Engineering Technology Major, Construction Electrical Engineering Technology Major (Direction of Electrical Equipment Installation and Automation), Construction Electrical Engineering Technology Major (Direction of Building Fire Protection and Electrical Design), Building Intelligentization Engineering Technology and Building Intelligentization Engineering Technology (Direction of Internet of Things Technology).

 Construction Electrical Engineering Technology Major was set up in 1971 and ascertained as the important major by the Higher College Education Guidance Committee. In November 2009, it was approved as the important majors supported by the local finance. In 2008, the teaching staff of Construction Electrical Engineering Technology Major was appraised as the Provincial Outstanding Teaching Team. Since Building Intelligentization Engineering Technology was established in 2000, it has been possessing excellent teaching platform and teaching team.

 Computer and Communication Engineering College has four majors of Computer Application Technology (Direction of Software ), Computer Application Technology (Direction of Network), Computer Application Technology (Direction of Planar Design) and Electronic Information Engineering Technology. Computer Application Technology was appraised as the Provincial Important Major in 2011.

 The teaching team of the college is full of youhful spirits, rigorous scholarship and the spirits of innovation. The college has 22 full-time teachers, 4 part-time teachers from the enterprises among which there are 1teacher appraised as Provincial Teaching Master. The number of the teachers with master degrees accounts for 88.5%.

 The structure of teachers¡¯ professional titles is reasonable in which there are 2 professors, 3 associate professors, 3 advanced engineers and 12 lecturers. The college has also invited doctoral supervisor from Harbin Institute of Technology as visiting professor to guide the major construction and teaching staff¡¯s training.  ¢õ. Architectural and Urban Planning College

 Architectural and Urban Planning College has five majors of Urban Planning, Architectural Design Technology, Chinese Ancient Architectural Engineering, Park and Garden Technology (Direction of Park and Garden Design) and Park and Garden Technology (Direction of Park and Garden Construction). Urban Planning with 34-year-long history is the national important majors supported by the central finance, which was built in 1978. Architectural Design Technology with 25-year-long history was built in 1987.

 Architectural and Urban Planning College possesses a professional teaching staff with high professional ethics, abundant teaching experience, practical abilities and ¡°double-certificate¡±. There are 31 teachers including 26 full-time teachers in which 1 teacher is advanced planner,1 is professor, 2 are associate professors, 4 are advanced architects, 1 is advanced engineering, 1 is advanced art designer, 1 is garden artist and 6 are lecturers. The college has four majors of Construction Decoration Engineering Technology Major, Interior Design Technology (Direction of Interior Furnishing Art Design), Interior Design Technology (Direction of Interior Design), Furniture Design and Manufacture. Construction Decoration Engineering Technology Major is the one of the demonstrative majors supported by the central finance.

 The college possesses 24 full-time teachers, 3 assistants for political and ideological work and 30 part-time teachers from the enterprises. There are 800 students on campus.
